We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Lovely 48 on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Please use the app only for its intended purpose and do not attempt to copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it, or misuse the AI service behind it.
Lovely 48's suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. Style is personal and AI is not perfect: suggestions may occasionally be off the mark, describe a clothing photo incorrectly, or not suit your taste, budget, or setting. Use your own judgment. Lovely 48 does not provide professional, medical, or dermatological advice, and its color or styling suggestions are for everyday personal use only.
Your profile, photos, and conversations belong to you and stay on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the photos you add; please only photograph items you have the right to photograph.
If Lovely 48 offers paid subscriptions in the future, prices and terms will be shown in the app before you buy. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple's terms apply to those transactions. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled any time in your device's Settings.
The AI stylist requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We work to keep Lovely 48 available and improving, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change over time.
Lovely 48 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Bible Trivia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use Lovely 48 after changes means you accept the updated terms.
