Privacy Policy

Effective July 17, 2026

The short version: your information lives on your phone, not on our servers. Lovely 48 has no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. When you ask your stylist a question or add a photo of your clothes, that content is sent securely to our AI service to generate a reply, and we do not keep a copy.

Who we are

Lovely 48 is a personal styling app operated by Sports Bible Trivia LLC ("we," "us"). You can reach us any time at connect@crossinghomeministries.com.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter in Lovely 48 is stored locally on your device:

Your style profile (name, age, height, optional measurements, eye color, skin tone, hair, features you want to highlight or downplay, and comfort preferences)
Photos of your clothes and the names of your closet pieces
Your conversation history with the stylist

We do not run accounts and we do not have a database of users. If you delete the app, or use "Start over" inside it, that information is gone. We could not recover it for you if we wanted to, because we never had it.

What leaves your device, and why

Lovely 48's stylist is powered by AI. To generate styling advice, the app sends the following over an encrypted connection to our AI processing service when you use those features:

When you ask the stylist a question: your question, recent messages in that conversation, your style profile, your color palette, and the names of your closet pieces
When you add a clothing photo: the photo, so the AI can suggest a name for the piece

This content is processed by Cloudflare (which relays the request) and Anthropic (whose Claude AI model generates the reply), acting as our service providers. We do not store your questions or photos on any server we operate. Anthropic retains API content for a limited period for safety and abuse prevention under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its AI models.

What we do not do

No selling or renting of personal information, ever
No advertising and no ad trackers
No analytics or behavioral profiling
No access to your contacts, location, or anything beyond the photos you choose to add

Photos and camera

The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you add a piece to your closet, and only for the photo you choose. Photos are stored on your device and sent once to the AI service to be named, as described above.

Purchases

If Lovely 48 offers subscriptions in the future, payment is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your payment details.

Children

Lovely 48 is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

Edit or remove any profile detail in the Me tab
Remove any closet piece at any time
Erase everything with "Start over" in the Me tab, or by deleting the app

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app.
